- Assessment of Refund Requests
All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair consideration. Each request will be reviewed to understand the reason for cancellation and determine its validity in accordance with this policy.
- Eligibility for 100% Refund
A full refund (100%) may be issued under the following conditions:
- Upon receipt of payment, Aura Research will share a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) within 24 hours to the registered email ID provided by the client.
- After receiving the signed CDA, an initial consultation call will be scheduled with the concerned domain expert.
- Before the project is assigned to the respective execution team, the client may cancel the service without any penalty.
- If the project work has not yet commenced, the client is eligible for a 100% refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date of written confirmation of cancellation.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Once the project work has started and is in progress.
- Once the project has been completed and delivered.
- In such cases, clients are eligible only for revisions or corrections as per the Revision Policy, but not for a refund of the quoted payment.
